Mobility & Training Visits
As part of the PJDVET project’s commitment to capacity-building and international collaboration, a series of mobility and training visits have been planned for vocational education and training (VET) professionals from Palestine and Jordan. These visits are designed to provide immersive learning experiences, foster cross-cultural exchange, and strengthen institutional partnerships with leading European VET centers.
🔹 Training Schedule
- Belgium & Germany
November 2025
Participants will engage in study visits to VET schools and institutions in Brussels and Frankfurt, focusing on the German Dual VET model and its implementation strategies. - Portugal
February 2026
The visit will include training sessions and site tours at Portuguese VET centers, including ISQ Academy and Polytechnic Institutes, offering insights into private and public VET frameworks.
🔹 Participants
A total of 12 to 16 VET professionals will take part in these mobility activities, representing a diverse group of:
- Vocational teachers and trainers
- Institutional administrators and managers
- Representatives from public entities and private sector stakeholders
🔹 Objectives
- Enhance pedagogical and technical skills of VET staff
- Explore European best practices in curriculum development, quality assurance, and industry collaboration
- Strengthen the implementation of the Dual VET model in Palestine and Jordan
- Build sustainable partnerships with European institutions for future cooperation and certification pathways
These mobility visits are a cornerstone of Work Package 4 (WP4) and reflect the project’s dedication to inclusive, high-impact vocational education reform.
